MONROY/SPANDEX NATION BAND RIDER

We have kept the following production rider to a reasonable minimum, while trying to be
specific to avoid misunderstandings. We trust that everything can be provided.

PRODUCTION RIDER

1. PAYMENTS
A. ALL CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS SHOULD BE MADE
OUT TO:
RONROCK PUBLISHING, INC.
B. All guarantees shall be paid to RONROCK PUBLISHING, INC. in cash or
by certified check prior to ARTIST’S performance. All guarantees shall be paid
in U.S. Dollars or with a certified check or U.S. Dollars drawn on a U.S. bank.
C. All deposits and other pre-pay securities shall be paid as per instructions from
RONROCK PUBLISHING, INC.
D. All payments shall be made as provided herein. In the event PURCHASER
breaches any provisions of this rider and/or any provisions of the contract to
which this rider is attached or fails to make any payments at the time stipulated,
ARTIST shall have the right to withhold the performance and any monies
deposited in advance will be forfeited by PURCHASER.

2. HOTELS
A. 5 Star Hotel or alike. Five standard hotel rooms.
3. AIR TRAVEL
A. Five round trip airline tickets from Las Vegas, NV to destination.
B. Direct flights only.
C. If direct flights are not available, ARTIST must be reasonably compensated for:
a. Time lost from work, travel expenses (food, etc.)

SHOW
A. Artist will perform three 45 minute shows. Shows can be arranged at buyer’s
discretion and must finish no later than 12 a.m.
5. BACK LINE
A. Five monitors and cables, five monitor mixes, six direct boxes, three vocal mics
and mic stands + cables, one bass drum mic and cable, one high hat mic and cable.
B. If the engagement is more than a 50-mile-radius from Las Vegas, NV,
PURCHASER shall provide necessary stage gear at no cost to ARTIST as advised
by his MANAGEMENT.
C. Any eventuality wherein equipment provided by or for the ARTIST is to be
shared by other bands or acts must be cleared in advance by ARTIST.
D. Not withstanding the above, Peter and his band will always use their own
equipment and instruments, including drums, and shipping fees may apply.
6. LOAD IN
A. Load in should be scheduled in order to give adequate time for a complete
sound check to take place.
B. Ample soft drinks, hot coffee, water, and snacks must be available to Peter’s
crew at load in.
C. A minimum of two stagehands (including house sound technician) should be
present to assist Peter’s crew at both designated stage call and at load out after
the show.
D. Once ARTIST’S equipment has been placed on stage and sound check is
completed, it should remain in place and may not be moved without ARTIST’S
approval.
7. SOUND CHECK
A. Provision for a complete check of the entire sound, light, monitor, and stage
systems shall be made with adequate time to do so before the audience is allowed
into the venue.
B. Ample soft drinks, hot coffee, water, and snacks must be available to Peter’s
band at sound check.

8. DRESSING ROOMS
A. One private, well ventilated dressing room with private toilet facilities and a mirror for Peter’s use. No other admittance. NO EXCEPTIONS!
B. Peter would appreciate bottled water and Grape or Fruit Punch Gatorade in
his dressing room and on stage.
C. One large, well ventilated dressing room with mirrors near or adjacent to
Peter’s dressing room, to be used by Peter’s band and crew. Please provide a few
chairs for seating.
D. Both dressing rooms should have plenty of fresh, clean towels available in the
room.
E. Both dressing rooms should have running water, lights, working electrical outlets
and should be reasonably climate controllable.
F. In the event that trailers or motor homes are used, all of the above (A thru E)
should hold true.

9. FOOD
90 minutes before showtime, the following should be placed in the largest of the
two dressing rooms:
A. Plenty of fresh brewed coffee with milk and sugar. Also, tea bags, hot water, and
honey. Please have the coffee ready when the band arrives.
B. Mirror and waste baskets.
C. 12 clean medium towels.
D. 24 bottles of non-carbonated spring water.
E. Assorted cold beverages, soda, and juice.
F. Potato chips with dip.
G. 100% whole wheat bread, white Wonder Bread.

H. 1 pound of each of the following: Premium sliced deli ham, Premium sliced deli
turkey, Provolone cheese, American cheese, and sharp cheddar cheese.
I. Best Foods Mayonnaise and French’s Yellow Mustard.
J. Lettuce, sliced tomato, sliced purple onions, sliced dill pickles.
K. Utensils (forks, knives, and spoons), salt and pepper.
L. Clean ice for use in beverages.
M. Heat resistant cups for hot beverages, regular cups for cold beverages.
N. In the event that a full meal is provided to the Peter Monroy Band and crew,
disregard letters G through K.

10. CANCELLATION
A. PURCHASER agrees that ARTIST may cancel the engagement hereunder by
giving PURCHASER written notice thereof at least thirty (30) days prior to the
commencement date of the engagement.

11. SICKNESS, ACTS OF GOD
A. ARTIST’S obligation to furnish the entertainment referred to herein is subject
to the detention or prevention by sickness, inability to perform, accident, means of
transportation, Act of God, fire, riot, strike, or any events of any kind or character
whatsoever whether similar or dissimilar to the foregoing events which would prevent
or interfere with the presentation of the show.
B. Inclement weather shall not be deemed to be a force majuere occurrence, and
the PURCHASER shall remain liable for payment of the full contract price even
if the performance(s) called for herein are prevented by such weather conditions.
ARTIST shall have the sole right to determine, in good faith, whether any such
weather shall prevent the performance.

12. PROBLEMS
Any questions, problems, requests, or input should be directed to Peter as
noted above. Both parties agree the aforementioned items are important to
present the best possible show. To that end, we both resolve to exert best
efforts in reasonably resolving any differences that may arise.
Peter, his band, and crew are committed to a smooth and successful show and
look forward to giving you an amazing night of entertainment.
